Tony Rinella was born and raised in Winnipeg.  He attended Westwood Collegiate from 1977 - 1979 and the University of Winnipeg from 1979 - 1981.  During the summer months while going to University Tony was employed with Winnipeg Regional Housing Authority in 1979 - 1980 and Canada Mortgage and Housing in the Appraisal Dept in 1980 -1981.  Upon completing his Bachelor's of Arts Degree in Urban Studies he immediately entered the field of Real Estate with A.E. Le Page as a residential salesperson.

   He also was instrumental in starting two major tour companies Sun Ice Tours and White Owl Tours, both specializing in motor coach tours to rock concerts, sporting events, ski tours, school charters, corporate tours and seniors tours across North America.  Sun Ice Tours with the guidance of Tony Rinella acquired a major contract with German Army Training Establishment in Shilo, MB. in 1985 and was responsible for the recreational movement every 3 weeks of over 600 German Army personnel that traveled in and around Manitoba.  As a result of Tony's direct input with these two companies he gained valuable experience in dealing with his clients that ensured the success of these two companies.   
   
   As a businessman, the knowledge he acquired in marketing and negotiating contracts with suppliers and the media on a regular basis has developed his skills of communicating with clients and support staff.  These skills have enabled him to establish a large network of business contacts that has given him increased opportunities to promote himself and also to represent your needs when it comes to buying and selling real estate.   He is a highly motivated person and skilled negotiator with many sales awards to his credit.   Tony is very effective in developing and executing marketing strategies that has enabled him to attract over 14,000 clients over the last 25 years.  By using telephone solicitation, seminar presentation, flyer distribution, radio and TV interviews, and direct mail advertising, Tony has become a leader in his field.
